John Kelly part owner of partyfavorsforall.net in Greenville, Ohio likes to make claims on how he has over 50,000 satisfied customers. What a crock. I had filed a complaint on a website about 8 months ago. John Kelly then threatened the blog where I posted negative comments, the blog removed the comments from thier site that I posted. I will bet Jonn Kelly has been harassing and threatening this website ripoff report.com to remove this complaint.
When I called partyfavorsforall back when I first had issues with John Kelley, the employee told me John Kelly is not respected by his employees. The employee also said he is abustive and mistreats and threatens customers if they post anyhing negative about him on the internet he will sue them.

We have many, many customers and almost all our fantastic and we would like to thank all of you for making us one of the top rated merchants.
The customer in this matter Tera Cunningham purchased a novelty item on atomicmall.com she did not purchase the item on our website www.partyfavorsforall.net. So that is not truthful on her part and as you will see she is not telling the truth. NOTE: This customer was given a refund
Tera Cunningham purchased Weimaraner address labels for a start up animal rescue Weimaraner Rescue of The North.
The weimaraner address labels she purchased on Atomicmall.com are a novelty item and were not advertised as waterproof or laminated address labels and priced accordingly. The buyer stated she looked for ther cheapest product she could find.
The buyer Tera Cunningham contacted us that she received the labels and they were ALL damaged and she could not use any of them, because they got wet she said they had a lot of rain in her area. We denied the refund, we do not refund like any other business for damage due to the fault of the consumer. Tera Cunningham posted a picture of the package on her facebook page that clearly shows the envelope it was shipped in which the shipping label appears to have gotten wet and one page of labels, showing one label out of 240 which was wet, just one label not all of the labels as she claimed, just one label out of 240. Note, her own pictures prove she was not telling the truth. This is her facebook page address below, see for yourself. She may have removed it, we reported her to facebook.

We informed Tera that we had shipped 50, 000 packages and they never get wet, not once, and that if the package was placed in a proper mail receptacle it would not get wet.
She claimed that she was suppose to receive laminated and waterproof labels, we do not sell laminated and waterproof labels, it is not in any of our ad descriptions anywhere and never has been, so that is not truthful either. This consumer was harassing us so we gave her a refund and we have not received the item back so she has the merchandise and it was not paid for.
We have a very, very good reputation we are a top rated seller on ebay with 31,000 positive feedbacks and a 99.9 percent positive rating. We are a member of Isafe with a perfect reputation on our website.
Every business has complaints if the complaint is valid that business should make it right. In this case we feel we have been extorted,slandered and attacked by a consumer.
Normally we just refund if there is a problem that is our fault but in this case it was not our fault but we refunded anyway because we were being harassed by Tera Cunningham director of Weimaraner Rescue of the North. Consumers should know that when this happens this drives up retail prices for everyone.
