Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This Pasqualina World People Rambouillet is a total internet fraud. I was having a one time transaction with this so called clairvoyant promising me with my personal reading and offering help for luck of everything in my life.

However, prior to sending me my reading she sent me another e-mail wanting me to pay for another in-depth personal reading. So I sent her a message asking her to first give me the reading she promised for I already payed them via my credit card. Accordingly, I received my personal reading yet it was very incoherent not like those that I already acquired from other clairvoyant.

Consequently, I wasn't contended with the kind of work she gave me so I did'nt request for another in-depth reading that was offered to me. I thought that was the end of the unpleasant transaction but to my utmost surprise after I payed the amount due for that transaction it started to extort payment from me every month and just didn't stop until I read all the ripped off reports from several internet website related to the same person/scammer. So I am on a verge of requested the credit card company to cancel it for before it's too late.

To all of you people out there, don't get deceived by all those kind and sweet words she said. This is a horrible expensive experience and hopefully it won't happen to to. I don't wan't to wish her any detrimental things I just pray that it'll be stop to not victimized other people and to all who were already victimized by her, let go and LET GOD do the rest.

Pasqualina operates under many different aliases

I'm sorry to hear you were taken by this phony psychic. "Pasqualina" is in fact not a real person, but an internet scammer based in Hong Kong. The name listed on the WhoIs information at several of the many websites they run is a man in Hong Kong named Dickson Lam, but I believe it may be more than one person running this psychic scam. Pasqualina also operates as Tara Medium recently, and Sara Freeder in the past. There's probably many more aliases running this same scam and I know they have been at it since at least 2004 based on all the complaints & information I have gathered.

The format for this scam is exactly the same between all three of the names I mentioned... the letters you will receive are nearly identical and computer generated responses that every person who signs up will get. Everything you get from the very first letter is pre-written/computer generated crap; you probably won't have any real interaction with the human behind the scam until you dispute your PayPal charge. I have posted a Rip Off Report about Tara Medium that has some of these same letters if you'd like to compare them to the ones you got, there are also many more of these letters from her posted all over various fraud/complaint sites if you do a Google search on any of those names. They've even been translated into different languages and there are complaints from people who were ripped off by Tara Medium/Pasqualina/Sara Freeder coming from the UK, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, and France as well.

I would really like to see this person or people caught. They have made tons of money ripping off vulnerable people and have been at this for years. Unfortunately they operate out of a country that is a haven for internet scammers, but here are some things you might be able to do:

You can report them to the Internet Crime Complaints Center (IC3) at www.ic3.gov as long as you are in the US (and it doesn't matter if the scammer is in the US or not, just so long as you are.) They will review the reports and submit them to the proper authorities. Please do this if you can because if they get enough complaints they might eventually be shut down. Save any email correspondence and documentation for any money you sent them. If you still have all the emails, make sure to include the header information with it since it can possibly be used to track the person down. You'll need to get the WhoIs Look-up information for pasqualina.com too, it will have some contact phone numbers and an address you can include in your report- go to betterwhois.com, type in pasqualina.com in their search bar. It should come up since the betterwhois website works with all registrars; definitely save all the information from the WhoIs look-up to include in your IC3 report.

Its good that you are disputing charges with the credit card company. Anyone out there reading this who may have also been taken by these people should do the same immediately if you paid via credit card or PayPal. There is tons of proof that this is fraud so you should not have a problem getting your money refunded. Good luck to you, and I really hope the scumbag thieves that ripped off you and thousands of other people worldwide get shut down & thrown in prison where they belong. This has been going on way too long and something needs to be done about it!
