Signed on with this payday consolidation/validation company for help with my payday loans. I sent two payments in totalling $269.00. I contacted the company numerous times to get some type of statement and to get the status of my loan validations. No one contacted me either through e-mail or phone, if I got anything it was an automated message that did not tell me anything. I tried to get answers for two weeks nothing.
I then filed a report with the BBB and guess what I started to get phone calls and e-mails. I told them I wanted to cancel my contract and to refund my $269.00. This company had a fee of 38.47/month for theirs services. I was only with them for 30 days and they say that the $269 was for validation fees and that I was not due a refund. The only fees stated in the contract was the monthly fee of $38.47.
This company stole my money.

Payday support has collected 4 payments from me of $80, and in the end I ended up making my own payment arrangments with the payday loan companies since payday support had not done anything to settle my debts with the companies.
When I spoke with payday support they had the nerve to then refuse to refund me the $320.00 they took and did nothing with.
To make matters even worse, my lenders both stated that payday support had not only not done anything on my behalf, but that they refuse to work with them because they have a history of collecting money from clients and never paying the actual lenders anything.
The payday lender rep, then even asked me if I still wished to consolidate my loans and provided me with a list of repitable companies in which I could consolidate my loans with, or the option to make arrangments with them directly at a discounted rate and minus any additional finance charges.
Of course payday support has a kind and seemingly responsive team of customer service agents; however I would too if I wanted to continue recieving your money, even though they continue to not offer any real service. If you are one of the one's believing they have helped you...you might want to actually speak with the lenders to verify that information. Ask payday support to provide you in writting, what they have done, when they did, and with whom they have done it with on your behalf. But if they are doing something there would have to be a paper trai to account for each contact, payment sent, etc...etc... etc...

Well here is something interesting for all of you that have been scammed by the Payday Support Center. I emailed them (Melissa Goodman) and told them that I had filed another complaint with the BBB and also a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (both of which I did) and now they are stating that they have received special permission to refund my money and sent me a form to fill out requesting a refund and where to send it. So go to the Federal Trade Commission and file a report, anyone can do it. I will update again in two weeks and see if I actually got my refund, they said it could take up to 14 days.
