I had a similiar email. I called PayPal and also reached out to the owner of the website www.Reseachanyone.com
It turns out my paypal account was never charged. The email is fake and it is hoping that you click on the link in the email to sign into your Paypal account. Do not click on anything in that email. The sender is not from paypal or researchanyone.com
The sender is someone that is pretending to be paypal. Ignore the email and report it as a spam!
I have seen plenty of these fake emails before. Some were from ebay too. I had one saying I bought something for $260 on ebay and I needed to make payment before they leave me bad feedback. In doubt sign into your account through the main page but never click on any links in the email itself.
