PayPal will RIP you OFF & ignore you Nationwide
They stole 39.90 from me; I had a refund coming to me and the company SafeCart did make a refund transaction to PayPal but, PayPal has not paid me and refuses all of my emails and no one answers their phone during their business hours the number is 402-935-2050.
Good luck to anyone who can get any help from them. I am going to cancel my account with them before, they let someone use it.

Pay pal does not send you money

If you paid with paypal and got a refund back from the company, the refund is posted on your paypal account. at no time does paypal send you actual funds. What this means is the next time you pay with paypal that refund will be applied to the balance of your next purchase. I was mad when that happened to me but i checked my paypal balance and there the refund was. Its not a ripoff,they gave you the refund but it stays on your paypal account as credit. If it is not posted on oyur account then you have a legitimate claim. Check your account first. I have had no problems getting refunds back from companies using paypal
