PCDI ripoff Norcross Georgia
PCDI is a RIP-OFF. I decided to enroll in the Pharmacy Tech course as there is no course offered in my area. I enrolled online and six days later I received the books.
After reviewing the books I decided to cancel the class and get a refund. When I called PCDI the day I received the books, I was told that there was a five-day window in which to cancel and if I wanted out of the class I had to pay $150.00.
Another observation about this joke of a "SCHOOL" is that when you call "Student Services" you wait on hold for 30+ minutes and then you get a person who has no clue how to help you. When they think you are paying your bill they are on the phone in about a minute or less.
I don't know why this business is allowed to operate the way they do. $150.00 may not seem like a lot to you but it is to me and when you sit back and think about all of the folks who have been ripped off for $150.00 or more it adds up fast.
Enrolling in this "SCHOOL" was a costly mistake to me and one that I hope I can keep others from making.
