Basically the same as others, the company sends out the wrong size, you then pay for insured return which they promise you will be refunded. The company then strings along the customer past the PayPal and Credt Card financial redress cover (they do this because they would lose their card services following fraud complaints) then close all contact with the customer having stolen hundreds of dolalrs from them.
