Due to my son taking ill and not being able to work, I called Peak5/Flatiron to ask for a deferrment. The representative John asked me when will I have the money..I told him that I was will try to get the money by next month. John told me that I could not get a deferrment and that I needed to borrow the money from a family member or go ROB A BANK to get the money..... After being harrassed and me explaining my situation 500+ times the Peak 5/Flatiron rep stated I was behind with two car payments and I had to send $2678.92 (this included late fees, two car payments, fee for taking my car out of repo status) I sent a Western Union payment in the amount of $2678.92 on November 5th, 2007.

I called on November 9th spk with a James to see when my next payment was due and I was advised my next payment is due on January 13th in the amount of $432.00. I called again on November the 15th,2007 spoke with Kathy to ask when my next payment will be due. She advised my next payment will be due on Jan 13th, 2007 in the amount of $456.00.

I get a phone call over the Christmas holidays on my Supervisor phone (message given to me on December 31,2007 stating I needed to contact you at 866.473.9143). I called their office on December 31,2007 to inquire and I was told my payment is 18 days late!! I told the representatve that I called your office twice so I can avoid being late again and it appears I was told the wrong information. Your representative could not advise me what my payment of $2678.92 was applied to. The representative at first told me that the payment above was for the months of June to December, when I questioned if the payment above was for June to December then why are you calling me for December's payment? the representative told me to just send the money. I told the representative that I need a break down of exactly what the payment above was for and he told me he will not send me anything and disconnected the call. I know you show record of me calling because the rep above advised me of that....Why did two other customer service reps tell me "no payment was due" and then someone calls my supervisor and say something different.

First of all, I am "not"suppose to have any personal calls so DO NOT call my job again or I will loose my job...the reason NO PAYMENT was sent is because two of your representatives told me the next payment was due in Jan 2008. THIS COMPANY IS TRUE RIPOFF. I still have yet to receive a break down of what my money I sent western union was for.
