I checked my credit report a few weeks ago and noticed the collection agency "Peak Capital Corp" or Peak Credit Services. They claim I owe a loan from National Payday Loan#2. For one thing, www.nationalpaydayloan.com is not even a true payday loan website where you can go and log into your account. It has an "Account Login" option, but clicking on it only takes you to a page with results of a search on "account login". They claim I took out a loan for $500.00, which I know for a fact I didn't.
The agent (I can't remember their name) got really rude as the conversation got further to me denying the loan. He told me he will not remove the item from my credit report unless paid. I am not sure if the collection agency Peak Credit is legit or not, but I am CERTAIN that the debt they claim I owe is not true! And if they are legit, then they are apparently not educated in verifying debt that they buy from others. This is not a coincidence that so many people are complaining about this same issue. I can't wait to see the day when the authorities catch onto their dirty scheme.

If you did in fact call my office and left a message, your call was returned, trust me. I am in the business of collecting on past due debts, why would I not return a call, that makes no sense at all.

Once you file your consumer dispute, I will be notifed via E-Oscar, at which point I will verify as reproted. This means the item will stay on your credit report. Everytime you issue a dispute, I will verify as reported. If you wish to contact me to discuss the account, please feel free to do so. Per my company policy, when we verify the item, you will recieve a letter from us.

Well when your attorney contacts me, I am sure once he sees the proof he will notify you that you did make the loan, as for being in "Hot Water" just the right temp. Remember, I am the only agency that will remove the negative item from your credit report once paid, how many other collection agencies will do the same. So am I a real "ripoff" or just someone trying to make sure people live up to their obligations

I finally got in contact with Stephen A. Cerrone and his lies don't even correspond to whats on my credit report. The amounts, dates, NOTHING! I did record the call for my legal purposes and nothing matches up. The bank he stated was used for the loan I never even had an account with that bank and I have my proof!! The funniest part of the call was at the end he sid "whatever" and hang up.. How profesional is that. Stephen A. Cerrone YOU ARE IN HOT WATER!! I have all my proof I never took out a loan period,, I never signed anything and never had an account either. The call was recorded so I hope you can remember what you said the first time, SEE YOU IN COURT!

Take ownership in the fact you took out the loan and looking for ways not to take care of your obligations. Are people victims of ID theft of course, but when you look at the masses, it is a small percentage. Pay your obligations and you will not have to waste your time on this site.

It never fails to amaze me that when a debtor knows he or she has been identified as the real person who owes the debt, the collector becomes the scumbag Remember debtors if you would you be responsible and pay your bills you would not have to deal with companies like mine. As for these people who open payday loans and refuse to pay saying they are victims come on. Do you understand how much due diligence is completed before the loan is funded. E-mails back and forth, verification of employment and speaking to references, then verify that the bank account is a valid account opened by the debtor. But we are the scumbags that are trying to collect money. Is there a chance that on line payday loans can be fraudulent, of course, but when you verify your e-mail address, place of employment, date of birth, social security number and your bank account name and account number, chances are very good YOU TOOK OUT THE LOAN AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY.

I pulled my credit report a couple of days ago. I happen to notice a debt from PEAK CREDIT SOLUTIONS for $1183.55. I called the number provided on the report 877-586-1477 several times. I have left messages but have not received a call back yet. I did see attached to the debt it says Payday Loan#2. I have NEVER I REPEAT NEVER taken out a payday. So I know for a fact that this is Fraud. I researched the company and found several people in my same situation and this so called company never answers the phone nor do they call back. I will be taking Legal Action against thsi company and I cant wait to see them in court!!
