Do not EVER fall for these con-artists!!
They promised me (direct quote from ad): "THE CAR RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT, LOOKS GREAT, THE CAR IS VERY TIGHT, NO FUNNY NOISES, NO VIBRATIONS, NO CHECK ENGINE OR ABS LIGHTS ON. THIS CAR IS ALL THERE, DRIVES PERFECTLLY STRAIGHT, SOUNDS GREAT, LOOKS GREAT... "
As soon as I got home, the check engine light came on.
"FOR THIS KIND OF PRICE??? SO YOU MUST BE THINKING THERE JUST HAS TO BE SOMETHING WRONG??? WELL THINK AGAIN, THIS ONE LOOKS GREAT, RUNS AND DRIVES AMAZING, AND "YES" I HAVE CLEAN TITLE IN HAND, ALSO A CLEAN CARFAX WITH NO ACCIDENTS OF INCIDENTS...AND NO IT'S NOT A SCAM!!!!"
No? I brought the car to be inspected, which wouldnt pass without the blinker-bulbs being replaced at my cost.... then, while the mechanic was telling me the car would not pass inspection without the check engine light being fixed (NOT reset, which only masks the problem, but actually fixing whatever was wrong with it)- all the anti- freeze starts spewing in the garage!! Everywhere antifreze!!
Since it is a Mercedes, I cannot use this mechanic, so I had to drive it to another place, while the engine is smoking.... The mechanic there says the car should be totalled, with the amount of work needed!!!
Now over $3600 in repairs before this expensive car (I paid well over $10k) is even driveable!! And the best part is I get lauhed at by everyone who sees it or hears the story... They asak the obvious question: "Why don't you return this junk- box- you got ripped off?" My reply is that I cannot, because these con-artistas are in NH, which offers no protection from criminals for consumers, and also because these people insisted on setting the sale price for less (to 'save me sales tax', even though it is obvious that it is to save them 'refund' money in the event of a return)!!
All I can say to you people is- 'Save Your Money'!! Buy from a reputable dealer (if there are any), or even better- BUY FROM A PERSON THROUGH CLASSIFIEDS!! I know it sounds crazy, but people who are in this business appear to be more ready and willing to rip off innocent people than regular citizens!!
The car I bought was absolutely junk- I will end up paying more in repairs and misery than I paid for the car. Too bad there are no laws that protect honest and hard- working consumers from people who don't understand concepts of 'GOOD BUSINESS".

SCAMMING a customer named Tori, and SCAMMING the bank that eventually financed her transaction because the finance manager altered her credit application.

"or even better- BUY FROM A PERSON THROUGH CLASSIFIEDS!! "
I'll go one better than that. Why not spend a few bucks to have a car checked out by a competent mechanic before you buy it? Relying on what it says in the ad is incredibly naive. Anyone, even a private party, can sell a used piece of junk. The only way you can protect yourself is by refusing to buy a piece of junk. The only way you'll know that someone is trying to sell you a piece of junk is by having it checked out BEFORE you part with your money.

VOIDED WARRANTY DUE TO ENGINE OIL SLUDGE, and read his Ripoff Report, then read his 'Update' informing everyone that he put VINYL LEMONS all over his 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with a defective engine.
