Use caution if choosing to use this company for design work.
We can not comment on the quality of the finished design yet as it has not been presented to us at this time.
We can however say that the company has very poor customer service and lacks communication skills. All we ever asked from Pennsylvania Signs and Designs is they keep us updated, even a simple "we are working on it" email every week or so would have been enough to satisfy our needs.
We feel that our communication issues started after first payment was made. We made one final request to fix crooked lines and a slight size mismatch on the final product that was presented to us, and have heard nothing back for over a month. (Again, not even a conformation Pennsylvania Signs and Designs understands our concerns.) We even encountered an issue where they changed their phone number and never updated us. We were eventually able to restore email communication where this was addressed. However as a customer you can understand the feeling of not being able to contact a company you just paid money to.
The company's website features some really good work, and we are not disputing that. We recommend not making payment to Pennsylvania Signs and Designs until your product has been completed.
We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. However we feel it is in our best interest not to do business with Pennsylvania Signs and Designs in the future.
