Phenix city animal control showing favortism to certain people when certain neighbors of mine don't control their animals the police aren't fair or just in phenix city n The animal control shows favortism to certain neighbors and they allow them to break the leash laws not having their animals contained in their yard for which caused me to be falsely accused of harassment because their dog would come into myh hard all the time the police were corrupt with certain neighbors 36869 al
Animal control wouldn't make certain neighbors contain their own dogs in their yard. I had to complain several times to the phenix city animal control. Then they started a screaming match to me on Friday night on 05/12/2012 calling me the B word and then saying there is a harassment charge on me!
They refused to keep their dog on a leash because Alabama has a leash law. But then 3 years or 4 after this the animal control said that if their dog attacks anyone the owner is responsible! Well, they didn't make them responsible instead they allowed them to file false harassment charges against me, putting me through a nightmare!
But other neighbors have beef with the animal control too, with them picking up their dogs and making them pay a $400 fine but showing favoritism to my neighbors!

The problem is we had no desire to go around ashley and chaz hawthorne and this corrupt judge told us not to go around them but they come around us all the time and I refuse to stay in my home

Ashley and chaz didn't like it! Ashley and chaz are the scum of the earth for laughing at us when the judge told us this! I refuse to let ashley and chaz hawthorne oppress us and try to control our lives! But they intent on coming around us getting trouble started for them to get the charges reinstated!
Ashley hawthorne is an mental nutcase!

Charles the ultimate VICTIM and all others are the perpetrators!! Get a life and MOVE to another country PLEASE - I hear Syria is nice and is for the low income like you and your mother!
