I bought a sealed head set and philips said they would warranty my head. great !!
They called back and said we dont make them anymore. The said they would not exchange them or
refund any of my money. i gave them a reciept and they did not care. I tried to speak with a main manager and he said they dont take calls, i am not happy and will never purchase a philips product again. i guess buyer beware. No customer service
