Phoenix General Contractors Marquis BuildersMarquis general contractorsCharles Newman Charles Newman, Managing partner back loaded our project so he could take all his money out up front. We he was terminated from the project for not paying his subcontractors, he gave the owner a fraudulent lien waiver stating everything had been paid when in truth he made off with the subcontractors money. He advised all the contractors to sue the owner and place liens on his business hoping no one would find out he had been paid the money to pay all the subs. He was terminated from the project for being months behind schedule, not paying his subs with the owners money and disrespecting the owner. Belmont North Carolina
Charles Newman, DBA Marquis BUilders, DBA Phoenix General contractors Gave a false lien waiver to the owner of a project he was the General Contractor on. He was terminated from the project for being months behind schedule and not paying the subcontractors. He had been paid the money but was keeping a lions share for himself and not paying the other contractors. He was terminated from the project so now the subcontractors have to sue him to get paid since the owner had allready paid him the money. This is not his first complaint iether. Total RIPOFF
