Phoenix Trading Company NIkki.... Buyer Beware Bait & Switch Waltham, MA 02452
Buyer Beware..My First order , they said they shipped never recieved, they did credit..My second order I did bid on a item and they sent the wrong size, not sure how that could happen as it state XL... I did email them with picture showing wrong size. They sent me return label I did return and low and behold they claim they dont have and cannnot track. This is a Ebay Store, please check out the same complaints alone for this month as I am stating. They will not refund ,Here is the email I get.

According to the tracking on this package, USPS has not even received it yet. Our return policies are clearly stated on all of our platforms. More than likely, this item will be refunded within the first 24 hours it arrives, however until it does arrive, we are not authorized to refund the item. Even if we were to ask for a exemption in this case, the tracking number would still have to be showing in motion, which at this point it does not.
I do apologize for the way you received this item, but mistakes do happen and we are doing our best to resolve the issue. There is nothing more we can do about this issue at this point.--------
