I paid £67.50 for a physiotherapy consultation at physio4life on 02/08/2016. However, the service I experienced at physio4life provided by physiotherapists was not provided to a reasonable level of care and skill as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The physiotherapist failed to provide the treatment with reasonable care and skill as the Law requires. In the course of the treatment, the physio injured my back-side or buttocks. I went to the physio for treatment on my back, but during the duration of the treatment she caused me a new injury to my buttocks. This was a brand new injury which I had never had before. This new injury has caused me considerable pain and suffering in the buttock region which I had never experienced in my life before. It was two months before I recovered from this injury. I was prescribed anti-inflammatory tablets by my doctor. I was also prescribed herbal remedies by a qualified medical herbalist. I also spent well over £60 on the purchase of anti-inflammatory herbal tablets to help me deal with the pain. It was not until two months of pain and suffering that I recovered from this injury. It is clear that physio4life is an injurious, negligent, or improper practice. The Cambridge Dictionary defines malpractice as the failure to act correctly or legally when doing your job, often causing injury or loss. The practice called physio4life also advertise a 100% money back guarantee which they call the physio4life quality assurance guarantee. However, I tried to make a claim under this guarantee but they simply refused it without giving me a reason as to why. In my view, I have been treated grossly un-fairly and un-reasonably by physio4life.
