Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
my husband received a letter on 3/2/09 informing him that he had won $250,000 and a check in the amount of $4,720 to enable him to pay the applicable taxes of $2,970. He would receive the balance of the winning after the applicable taxes were paid. Please do not attempt to cash the check until you call." I knew right off the bat that this was a scam. Sure enough, the company was not found on the internet as a legal company at all. Did a reverse search for address on the check and it came up a family medical clinic in Schaefferstown, PA.

It is time that somebody did something about people like this and these people should spend a little (or a lot) of time sitting in a jail cell thinking about what they are doing to people. This whole thing looks ligitimate, but as the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true, it's too good to be true. These people should pay for what they are doing!!!

Doesn't look too good for the companies they are involving in this either: the Intel Group, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Sears, Toshiba, Ford, GM, etc.

An almost identical scam, dated 1/25/10, arrived in my mail on 2/13/10 with the sender listed as Kingsway Group Inc. of Milton, Ontario.  It said I had won $250,000, included a check for $3,798 to be cashed for payment of $2,990 in "bond fees," promised payment of the balance of the $250,000 after the bond fees were paid and directed me to call 905-782-1316 before trying to cash the check.  It further claimed that the sweepstakes "is sponsored by a consortium of corporations, the Intel group [sic], Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Sears, Loews, home depot [sic] etc."  Personally, I am very dubious of that sponsorship claim.
