this is not in a way to hurt anybody, but only to get my answers as nobody is willing to help. i've received a mail notifying me as a winner of freelotto but without FreeLotto Confirmation number. below is the mail:

not a scam per se as they are NOT promising you money but leading you to believe that you won, the operative word used is MAY which does not mean you DID win but might.
