First they have done away with video conferencing and telephone conferencing and then they allow others to direct you to an off-site that they say is plenty of fish when it's not. Then they scam your information. More importantly you can never get ahold of customer service if you call their billing number it's constantly full and nobody answers the phone.
If you contact their CSR email nobody ever answers. When they scam your information they have no way of resetting your password so that you can delete your account it took several days before I could finally after making hours and hours of emails and calls to finally to get through to somebody that I could discontinue the account and then had to force a refund.
This is a total scam artists website and the company is overseas and cares less about you and you're dating they just want the money stay away
