Pool Custom Custom Iron Works Dusty Adams I showed them drawings, they told me they could meet all specifications of the drawing, I paid them, my parts didn't even match the drawings and it cost them and me over $20,000. in orders. I contacte Conroe, Texas
I brought the company my drawings, the owner told me they could make my welded steel parts to meet specifications and I paid them. When I received my parts they didn't even come close to meeting specifications resulting in a loss of over $20,000. in orders for me. I contacted the company via email for the owner to call me, phoned and left a messege with the secretary about the lousy work and he wouldn't call me back to resolve the problem. This company cannot make steel parts to meet specifications, his workers don't even use fractional tape measures, work in the dark, cannot speak english or read drawings. The owner isn't in control of anything there and doesn't even care cause he's got your money.
