I ordered a part for my pool filter. The filter part had a number on it and I checked with the mfg and the number is correct for the part I need for this filter which is 8 years old. When ordering the part it cost 8.64 plus s/h which was 6.95 total invoice 15.59.

I received the part and it was not correct, it was a plain pvc elbow that I could have picked up locally for 1.29. Trying to return the part they now will charge 5.46 for the actual shipping since the 6.95 was handling. The credit they are offering will be 3.18 but I will have to pay for the return shipping which will cost 4.12. yes, this pvc elbow will cost me .94 cents to return. When calling for RMA they state that the shipping was free this is why on the RMA they charge you actual shipping but the invoice states shipping costs.

They do not have pictures of most items on their website and are unwilling to return funds in full when the wrong part it received. Don't use this company, they (Mayra) admitted that they don't even stock the parts they sell and POOLplaza orders from another company that ships directly. Go to a local pool place or the Mfg. directly and have them locate the part for you, it's worth the extra money to get the right parts. This place costs, it does not save you any money or time.
