Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC. I contacted Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC, Denton Texas in search of a portable, truck mounted billboard for advertising my barbershop. The initial process with Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC went smoothly, I told Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC what it was that I needed, negoiated price and made my purchase. This is when the excuses started, I purchased from Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC on March 31st 2015 Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC first told me that my project would be comleted in 2-3 weeks. Naturally I assumed the process would take a month. By the end on April 2015 I began to worry about the project and reached outto Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC. Brian informend me that my purchase was "on its way" and even provided me a photo of the completed sign. I waited and again reached out to Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC and was told that my items had been shipped and should be arriving any day now. After another week of waiting I contacted Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC of Denton Texas once again to inquire about my project and recieved no response. It was not until I informed Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC that I would be filing a fraud report did Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC respond to me apologizing for the delay. Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC then told me that he had an issue with shipping and was personally carrying my items to FedEx himself. Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC sent me a bill of fake lading and I waited 24 hours to contact FedEx to confirm shipment. FedEx informend me that they had no package scheduled to be delivered to me and no record of Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC sending a package. The FedEx agent went on to check areas surrounding Denton Texas for Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC and again found no record of the package.
To this day I have not recieved my merchendise and I have filed for action to recover my money and reported Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC as fraud.
After looking at Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC more closely online I discoverd that he had been doing this scam for a long time. In an article published by the Pittsburgh Post Gazzett, Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC was reportedy convicted of theft of over $30,000 dollars in a construction scam.

Thanks to this rip-off report Mr. Ivancahn has finally been located. I am one of the former Pennsylvania residents mentioned in the Post-Gazette article referenced in the rip-off report. It has been 12 years since Mr. Ivanchan disappeared. Thank you for submitting this report. My attorney and the Beaver County authorities have been informed and will proceed accordingly.
Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC of Denton Texas worked hard and resolved the issue.

Brian Ivanchan of Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC of Denton Texas worked very hard to restore my trust and confidence in him and Portaboards aka Avant solutions LLC of Denton Texas went above and beyond to reslve the shipping issues and even shipped items for free.
