Portal Technologies Charles Took my $4000.00 and did no work. Columbus Ohio
I dropped my bus off at the end of June for this company to make my shuttle bus into a party bus, but Charles took my $4000.00, gave me an estimate and did no work, so I picked my bus up yesterday and he refuses to give my money back!
