Powells Home Services Bryant Powell Total hack. Just "throws it up." Collegeville Pennsylvania
Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Bryant Powell was extremely difficult to deal with and his work was substandard. The final cost of the project was 40% higher than his original estimate. I hired Bryant for his expertise and expected him to make recommendations and give experienced advise. This did not happen. Bryant turned a 1 week job into a 5 month project. He cost me time and money with his repeated delays and mistakes. I payed him a 50% deposit before he started, but he demanded another 25% after only doing 10% of the work. He refused to continue until I paid him. He didn't give my project much time, nor attention, which was evident in the finished product. Personal items went missing from my home. I brought it to his attention, but he deflected at first, then ignored me entirely. If you want a contractor with little attention to detail, costs you 40% higher than the estimate, and that "throws it up," Powells Home Services is the contractor for you.
