PPM/PDI/Brian Martin Harassment / Threaten / Demeaning Irvine CA
He called my Wife today at her place of employment. He asked the Employer if it was okay to come to the property and serve papers. Her Employer told him absolutely not. Her Employer took down the information and gave it to her to call him back. My Wife contacted him later in the day via the number he left. He kept telling her he didn't want to have to go here with her. He had her personal information and read off her entire credit report, SS # and address. We have never given him permission to pull our credit report.
He began to tell her it was a moral obligation to pay her debt. She rebuttals that she has bills to pay and no extra money. He started to mention she'a a daycare teacher and he couldn't believe she teaches children and owes debt. He stated that he would never allow his children to be taught by such an immoral person. My Wife mentiones since he has all ger information he could send the papers via mail. My Wife then hung up with him. She requested him not to call her at her place of employment ever again.
