I ordered a part for my DLP tv from the owner, I needed the part asap and the owner promised me that he would have it in 3 or 4 days at the very most. 4 days went by without a phone call...on the 5th day I called him and he promised that he would have it within the next 48 hours....3 days go by before I call him again, only to be informed that it still was not in...he does not know why because he ordered it directly from Samsung and it had been shipped on time (8 days ago was when it was ordered by him....so he says), but somehow it had got lost in transit by UPS....please give him another day or so, so I ended up giving him another few days....bear in mind that by this point already more than 10 days have come and gone....finally he tells me that he is very sorry but there is nothing he can do, I should just go and get it somewhere else....pardon me???  After stringing me along for over 10 days, now I'm supposed to go somewhere else? I said that we need to find this if it has indeed been lost by UPS...I offered to call Samsung and track it down....even offered to call UPS and track it down....but this made him very nervous and he ended up getting ignorant with me and hanging up the phone several times, keep in mind that I was not getting beligerent with him at this point because I really needed my part and was willing to work with him on this.....for some reason he got spooked when I offered to call Samsung or UPS.  I should also mention that I had purchased 2 lamps from him previously that both failed and needed to be replaced....I don't know where he gets his parts from, but it doesn't seem to be from the original manufacturer like he tells customers. Stay away from this business...it might seem like you're saving a few dollars at the time, but I guarantee that it will end up costing you more after their "warranty" is up and your product is broken or defective.....I wish somebody would have warned me about Premier Electronic Parts Inc....it would have saved me alot of headache.

The part that the customer wanted is discontinued and no longer available from the manufacturer. We tried to explain that to the customer, but she couldn't understand the meaning of "discontinued." She kept calling us back everyday for the part, and everyday we told her that this part is not available any longer. Since she was unhappy about the fact that her TV can not be fixed anymore, she posted this absolute unfair report. This customer wrote, that she purchased two lamps from us previously. If our service was bad she would never been in our store twice. We are always ready to provide the best service and quality for our customers! We do have thousands of happy customers in last 18 years!
