PREMIER INSURANCE, INC I NEW IT WAS A SCAM. LOOKED ALL INFO UP ONLINE. NO REAL ADDRESS MATCH COMPANY , NO ONE ANSWER PHONE NUMBER GIVEN JUST RECORDING THEY WERE ASKING FOR MONEY TO RECEIVE MONEY. NEW YORK, New York
I received a letter in the mail with a check for 4899.94 claiming i won 150000.00 us dollars. The sweepstakes was from National Lotto Co-Operations Lottery. The letter head said Premier Insurance, Inc. address 35 w 36th New York, NY 10018.
I was to cash the check to pay Goverment taxes/fees and send a agent named Nancy Campbell, at 1-416-826-1435 westeren union 2998.00 dollars, to pay for the taxed and then the agent would give me the tax information, then the rest of money would be released after all clearances have been made. Letter gave me a claim number and said to keep number confidential to avoid duplication or lost of claim.

NO legitimate lottery or sweepstakes sends you a check to pay taxes or fees with THAT IS THE 1ST RED FLAG Fees and Taxes are removed from legitimate winnings and reported to the IRS WIRING THE MONEY -2ND RED FLAG Nothing legitimate has you wire money - its untraceable. YOU NEED TO HAVE PROOF in the form of a cancelled check or money order
