Premium Media Design Inc global media design microsoft office product never delivered Troy New York
purchased microsoft office professional earlier this year via paypal. it never came after 6 weeks, so i emailed, response was that it was sent electronically. the email said the dowloadable link was attached, but all that ever came was a jpeg pic attachment of a pic of the product! contacted paypal, seller, but have had zero luck. paypal will not issue refund because i cant provide a tracking number even tho there is not a trackingnuber because nothing was ever shipped! chat onseller website does not work and phone number is no good. dont buy from premium media design!
