I enrolled in pre-paid legal services in December of 2004. As a member and an associate I was promised benefits that I never recieved. I made attempts in contacting this company, but was getting the run around. I decided to cancel not only because of that, but believed that the company served no use for me.
I was told that the cancelation has been made and that I should recived a letter that I must send back and cancelation would be complete. I never recieved the letter and made another attempt to contact the company. The next month, the company did not debit my account, so I believed the cancelation to be complete. Then I made an attempt to contact the company to be made assure that the cancelation was complete.
Then they pull money out of my checking account once again and I do not appreciate it. I do understand that the company is busy and that I am not their only consumer, but I do demand to be treated with repect.
