Prime Incorporated ripoff scam they twist words they put lies on the dac Springfield, Missouri
I had filled an application with Prime Inc. Went there to get trained to be a truck driver, I thought great, a good career plus better wages. Not knowing what other things were in store of some peoples requirements of the job. Listen to the talk of others around there, just said hoped I didn't get some of those people to be with. There was two harrassments from two people of what was afflicted on myself, while getting trained to do a job. I have delt with humilities including slander have lost employment, of what is written on the dac report. My rights have actually got taken away. Many things was said, yet there was no tickets or citations to varify of the accusations. Just the words of the employee's who had won. Including of how my words were twisted as if I were doing the harrassment to the other people. There were accusations of mentioned of not truth because of no tickets were issued. One person even used a dog of what didn't have athourization to even be on the truck to touch parts on myself. The other harrassment was because I didn't answere his question about a phone conversation after his had ordered myself to answer. I kept quite didnt say a word, then I had said no, this wasn't his concern including, His remarks were I did not listen to his directions. I have been violated of my rights of many ways. Yet I had proved some other place I wasn't against men including won, yet lost because of some other fool who wasn't a trucker, I said there has to better places who could actually work with each other to not cause affliction on either. Yet trying to find the right company. What else can I do to protect my rights including my dignity

I do get you are complaining about your DAC. But to tell you the truth, I have no clue what your gripe really is. You have wrote in such a manner than it is hard to understand what really happened. For instance, what is it you did to the dog? You touched it wrong , or the dog touched your person wrong? and someone reported you for that. Is that what you are saying? Can you tell us more, and put you sentence structure in a better order for people like me, I just don't really know what your problem is with them, other than your DAC is now bad.

As a past employee and lease operator with Prime that ended up working 'in house' as an on site CDL Instructor, nothing surprises me anymore. I believe you! My husband and I were with Prime Inc for over 5 years. We were in a 'car accident', not TRUCK, and could no longer drive a truck or lease with Prime. We were successful with Prime, but only after monitoring the fleet manager and other company employees like a hawk! We were forced to argue most weeks of the the year! I would invite you to go to DAC and dispute what Prime said. I have often wondered what Prime has said about me. You see, once we went inhouse, we noted that a person working for both Prime and the State of Missouri was giving away fraudulant CDL's to persons not worthy of having a CDL. My husband and I reported this to the higher echelon of Prime and were FIRED for our efforts! Note that cameras noted the same behaviors!!! I can provide names of the higher echelon, as well as persons that achieved a CDL per Prime, and what worries me is that most were of Muslim descent!!!! Note: The trucking company in MO that was investigated by the FBI over Muslim truckers was in West Plains,MO. The person that runs the CDL program at PRIME is JIM AUSTIN, the founder of the West Plains Truck Driver Training program!!!!! Is this COINCENDENCE?????

Help for a false DAC report

If your DAC report is incorrect and you want to make it better, try the following. While it will not remove the report, it will show prospective employers you are disputing the claim and they are more likely to ask you about the incident, instead of just saying no to hiring you. First, Dac was bought by a company called USIS. To get a copy of your DAC report you must send to them a letter in which you request a copy of your DAC because of a false report. In your request include a LEGIBLE copy of your drivers license and a second form of state issued identification, such as birth certificate, passport, or social security card. Also include your address, phone number, date of birth, and a request for a dipute form. The correct address to send your request to is: USIS Commercial Services Division ATTN: Consumer Department P.O. Box 33181 Tulsa, OK 74153 Their phone number is: 800-381-0645 Their office hours are: Monday thru Friday 0800-1700 central time It will take 5-10 days from the time they receive your request for you to get anything from them.
