Primetime comes to my office every other Friday to clean/detail cars. I have used their service in the past. Primetime generally takes customers keys and drives the cars out of the parking deck to clean them outside. On Friday, June 15 they took my car out of the parking deck to wash it. When they returned the car the tire had a flat tire.
Upon inspection the tire had hit an object (a curb most likely) and tore a huge hole in the side of the tire. Primetime insisted they didn't know how or why the tire was flat. The vehicle could barely move when they returned it. The tire was completely blown out and resting on the rim. The tire wasn't flat when I drove to work on the morning of June 15. It had a huge hole in the sidewall when Primetime returned the vehicle.
There's no doubt what happened. When I contacted Primetime about the problem they denied they had done it and offered to only pay for half of tire. They also wanted three quotes for the new tire and suggested I purchase a used tire. Primetime was hostile, unprofessional, and unwilling to help resolve the matter to my satisfaction. I took the tire to the local mechanic and the cost to get a new tire was $213.42.I sent the invoice to Primetime on Tuesday, June 19th.
I sent my claim to the Better Business Bureau and Primetime responded that they paid me $100 in cash. No such payment has taken place. It has been a pattern of lying, disrepect, and unprofessional behavior from Mr. Zerbini and his staff.
