Well, you did learn something. You learned to research. There are two things about what you said though, that need to be looked at. 1. You said that they aren't recognized like they said they were. If you read on their website, or even look at some of the posts here you will see that they claim to be nationaly accredited by DETC, which they are. DETC is recognized by the Dept. of Education. The Accreditation they brag that they have is 100% real. 2. You said that the programs are not up to date. In order to keep their accreditation they must keep their programs updated. They do not do this every year, but they do update the programs. They have to, or they would not have any students.
