First of all there are at least 3 Professional Settlement Services, so we should be sure which one we are talking about before we accuse the wrong company of wrong doing. There is one in California and one in North Carolina. We often get calls about them, not paying bills and other complaints. There companies are not related to us.
This company has NEVER been investigated regarding Kick Backs to customers. We do not need to pay for our business. We have good loyal clients who use us because we do a good job, give them great service, and keep our pricing low.
I am Susan Mannarino, and my mother does not own not one piece of this company. Not that that makes any difference.
Our books are audited yearly, and monthly, and we have NEVER failed on audit.

My name is Susan Mannarino, I am the daughter of Marilyn Mannarino, and proud of it. I am the owner of Professional Settlement Services, for nearly 2 years. I have been in the title industry for nearly 20 years and have never in any way shape or form done any of things that this report is alleging, if referrals are required please feel free to call my office at 330-467-3400 and request them at any time we are always availabe to answer any and all questions pertaining to this or any other matter or title issue. The person who wrote this report must be a coward that he/she can not even put their name to it and face the competion and reprecussions of this report. My mother owned and operated Tower City Title Agency for over 20 years and all she ever did was help mortgage brokers, realtors, lenders, etc to get all transactions done in an expedite and professional manner. So as stated before please feel free to call me if you have any questions about the reputation of Professional Settlement Services and I will more than gladly give you as many referrals as you would like as to the kind of work we do and our work ethic and professionalism.

Not sure who put the negative report on Professsional Settlement Services, but that person needs to get their facts straight. I have worked for this company for almost 2 years, and proud to be working here. We have not done any of the things that are listed. We get our business from good customer service.
