Propatches USA Eastern Lettering Cheap material, didn't match description, poor customer service North Carolina Internet
I ordered two different types of nameplates for a NFL jersey. I had expensive jerseys for a player that had been cut from the team and I needed to change the name. Their prices are good. Thats it. They describe the products as authentic but what I got was far from it. The 'screen printed' was ironed on. When they arrived after five weeks (not 5 days that the website said), the 'screen printed' letters had fallen off the fabric. The fabric is a stiff material, not jersey material. They charged $9 shipping for UPS ground and instead folded the name plates in a regular envelope (creasing the nameplate) for only $0.68 postage. When I called to return them, they never answered the phone. I left multiple voicemails. I sent countless e-mails. 1 e-mail was returned after a week of complaining basically saying that they sent what I ordered and that their product is quality.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
