i brought the item , cause it said it would help in a matter of weeks the problems i was having with my unrinary problem, and that if 30 day i wasnt satify they would return my money no quetion ask, so i call them within the 30 trail and one of there phone people told me to use it for another 30 day so i can give it time to work, so i did when i call back i got no answer for a coupe of mouth when i finaly got threw to them they told me that they cant refund my money case the time pass, now if they would of gave me my refund when i first ask for it it would had been no problem, but what they do is make people stay with the item longer so they can tell you its to let so they wont have to refund your money. they are a bunch of thief, and the thing is first they take 34 dollars and then when i told them i wanted it cancel the folling month they took 89 dollars. now thats wrong i have mind to go to that company and give them a peice of my mind but i hope alot of people will read this and start getting a refund for that product. it's name is PROSVENT AND THE OTHER ONE IS PROVIGOR. GOD BLESS EVERYONE..

Prosvent 30 day trial not as expected!

I signed up for a 30 day trial paying S/H for $9.95 and auto payment for additional 60 day supply.
What I ended up getting was a charge of $79.98 and two 30 day trials.  When I called customer support they explained that after accepting the initial 30 day trial and I was prompted for a free $10 saving that this added an additional 30 day trial and was billed the additional $60.  I wanted the second trial cancelled and my credit card charge changed to $9.95.  They refused to do and I had to talk to a manager, that by the way wasn't available.

When I clicked the $10 discount there wasn't a confirm you will be billed the $60.  This was VERY misleading!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, you are entitled to your opinion. However, when only the first name is given, I seriously doubt the credibility of the comments.

I can understand your concern re: ordering/troubling problem with the company, but you never mentioned about the effectivity of the product. Is it bad or did it actually help you?

I might be wrong, but I have tried the product myself & never had a problem with customer service nor billing charges. Are you sure this is really your OWN opinion or you are persuaded by someone to write this defamation?  I am satisfied with the products after a long, long search for my frequent urination problem & ED occurences.
