On the website, they were charging 2 separate delivery fees for 2 items supposedly in the same package. Before placing the order, I called customer service to ask for credit for one of the delivery fees. The rep said that he can credit me after I place the order.
After I placed the order, he said that it takes 2 days for the order to show up in the database, so I have to call back. Gullibly, I called back and was denied credit with no records of previous conversation present, so they couldn’t verify that the rep actually stated anything about giving credit.
And of course, the orders show up immediately after they are submitted
