Pulte has got to be the worst home builder in Arizona! Every thing from getting our mortgage to getting everything fixed for our 1 year walk thru has been a problem. Do not buy a home from these people! You will regret it!

I actually feel the complete opposite! I have lived in Pulte Homes for the last 11 years. I would never consider another builder! The people I worked with from day one continued to exceed my exceptations. Anytime I needed anything, it would be done within hours. I never had to wait for anyone to contact me back, my home is very high quality. Even the construction team I met were amazing! I had very few problems (the main one being I couldn't decide on my brick color). I went back and forth between which brick color I wanted and eventually just picked one because I had no more time! After the brick was up, I wasn't so sure if that was the color I wanted. What did Pulte do? They re-bricked my house in a different brick color... and then re-bricked it again to the original color I had chosen when I finally decided I liked that one better. Even after I had moved in, they were always there to help me. I would never reccommend anyone to go elsewhere.... there are always a few people who are never happy with anything... don't let them mistake you to stay away from Pulte- that will most definitely be a regret!!

possible solution to spending bundles on lawyer who dumps you

#3Consumer Suggestion

To the people who gave $45,000 to a lawyer to sue Pulte Homes when there was supposed to be an arbitration, send your itemized billings to the Arizona Bar Association, complaint department. Ask them to review them and determine whether you were billed appropriately. It seems an awful lot of money when the law firm knew they were going to arbitration. However, the Bar Association will deal with it and make a determination. Also, check over your own billings. Do they seem appropriate? Did they at the time? If not and you never questioned it, then question it now. Also, what reason did they give you for dumping your case? Let the Bar Association know. They should be able to determine whether anything fishy was going on. Good luck. Perhaps the firm earned their money. Perhaps not. But if you are that suspicious, it wouldn't hurt to ask the Bar to check it out. Most lawyers are honest. Few are not. I have worked for a couple of highly dishonest lawyers and one even tried to get me to do his dirty work for him. I went looking for another job immediately at that point. I have also worked for many, many honest and decent lawyers who really care about their clients. Now, if the lawyer dumped you because your funds ran thin, then - well, you can't expect them to work for free. Tough lesson there.
