We purchased a business in the box and the platinum service June of 2016. Everything was going smoothly until I contacted my supposedly vendors to introduce myself only to learn that they never heard of my site or they have given my site to sell their products. I immediately contacted my product manager and she was unresponsive. I emailed Jeff Varner, the person who sold us the site and he was also unresponsive. A new project manager was given to us and she mentioned that my previous project manager has been let go.
I informed the product manager that Pure E-Commerce was suppose to load more than 1000 products according to the contract agreement and that was not fulfilled as well. I informed the new product or project manager that I had to do damage control with some of the vendors and worked with them so I can continue to carry the products. One company asked me to remove their products due to copyright violations and another company asked me that I need to have a minimum order in order to open an account (which I did to save time in removing the products and to have the rights to use their photos), and two companies I have to beg or otherwise, i won't have any products that to fill the caterogies.
My new project manager was suppose to help find US companies who sell American made products to fulfill their obligations as part of their agreement. However, that was also not done. She offered to help me load products from companies I have acquired on my own.
I have not been able to proceed with any legal action with Pure E-Commerce due to one member of the family diagnosed with a malignant cancer, followed by house move. I am now consulting with lawyers as so what action I can take against Pure E-Commerce for breach of contract.
