All the names I mentioned are the same people!! I only found out today, to my horror that each one has taken unauthorised amounts of $79.90 from my credit card. When I called the credit card company to report it, they actually called the company and let me speak to them while customer service was listening. The girl told me I signed up for working from home and had agreed for them to take $79.90 a month,to which I told her, she was lying as I couldn't afford it, I asked her what I was supposed to have got for that and she told me tools to build my own buisness, I have recieved nothing from this firm and in total they have stolen 202.05 from my credit card. I was told all I would get back is $79.90. I have no clue how they got my details but noway did I agree to it and I think it's totally wrong and surely
illegal? Can anyone 'please' advise me on how I can get the rest of the money they took back? All my credit card said was there wasn't anything I could do because I clicked on the link without reading it properly, even though I told them I NEVER clicked on any link. If these people or company are above board then, why are they using all the different names, I can't even find out who they are 'now' online!
Please, if anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated.
CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report ..
The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action. And good luck Let us know how you do! ED Magedson Founder RipoffReport.com Author of www.ripoffrevenge.com Rip-off Report PO Box 310, Tempe, Arizona 85280
