QC Lending QC Banking Loan Officer Lied and Company Mislead Me Charlotte Internet
Use a direct lender like QuickenLoans. This company is nothing more than a "middle man" that slow rolls the process. The loan officer that I dealt with didn't even know basic VA regulations, but instead, lied so that I would continue moving forward with the loan. When I called him out on it, he admitted that he didn't know the VA policy!!! Insanity!! Then, when I contacted the company's so-called CEO, all I got was excuses and arguing. Again, spare yourself and go with a legit direct lender. I'm out over $1k.
