I went to Qdoba Mexican Grill located at a small food court mall near the IUPUI campus on Sat. 3/6/2010. This was for a quick take-out for dinner since I had a busy day, and didn't have time to make dinner that night. This is not the first time I've had rude, cold, unprofessional service from these idiots who make burritos and tacos at Qdoba mexican grill here at the IUPUI branch. I have also sent many letters of complaints and email notices to the company in the past, but nobody gave a d**n to respond to my complaints.
I went there Saturday night to order a ground beef burrito. The mexican guy at the counter thought I didn't speak English and was unprofessional in steaming the burrito wrap. he simply tossed my burrito wrap into the steamer and took it out and flung it onto the counter. Then he dumped ground beef hamburger onto the wrap as if he was dumping trash into a dumpster. This guy probably thinks that he still lives in mexico and can act trashy and unprofessional like many mexicans do. Uh no, he's living in the US.
The burrito is then taken down the line to another idiot who also acts cocky, unrprofessional and mean towards me. I told him to take off a certain amount of ground beef because I didn't like how the previous guy slapped/dumped the hamburger onto the burrito wrap. He then said "what? there's nothing wrong with that!" Then I told him again that it was dirty looking hamburger, and then he finally obliged.
He then asked me what kind of salsa I wanted. I told him in plain English that I wanted the mild salsa. Then he said "What? whachu like?" d**n, I swear these workers need to learn some English comprehension before they work at these establishment. Anyhow, I told him three f--king times that I wanted the mild salsa. Then I had to POINT to the salsa I wanted in order for this guy to dump that crap onto my burrito wrap.
Whenever I go to this Qdoba joint, I always get bad vibes, rude treatment, cold service and treated like a dog. I have been to this Qdoba three times in the past, and all the three times I've been there, I have had rude service from these mexican immigrants. I will never go back there, and would not recommend this Qdoba to any of my friends and relatives.

It's very ironic that I googled "how to file complaint against QDoba" and came up with your ironic and yet senseless complaint!
I would have taken your complaint VERY seriously, as I went through a bad experience about a week ago, here in a Reno QDoba. But your username, your racist remarks, and your lack of base for a complaint means one thing... that you're an IDIOT!
All QDobas have the new "e-verify" on their shoulders, if you will. Meaning that only "legal" individuals can work there. If they don't have a valid social security number and an ID that scans and has all security features, then they don't get work!
So for you to sit there and and type in a complaint trying to convince people that the man is an illegal is absolutely absurd! Not only that, but you're very stereotypical as the man could be from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Spain, Equatorial Guinea, and Puerto Rico (was bought by the USA).
Including Mexico, it's 21 Spanish-speaking countries! All of these countries have immigrants coming in every year! Both legally and illegaly. So you can't just say "Mexico".
That's why you're an idiot! You should educate yourself next time, before rambling about something that's simply going to make you look dumb and uneducated at the end!
You really should think twice about publishing another complaint, as you can't go back and edit these complaints. You said they had been rude to before? Then why would you go for a third time? Have you ever heard of the very ironic saying that goes a little like this: "You lure me in once, shame on you! You lure me in twice shame on me!"?
It's very clear to me that you're a racist! But my money says that you're not 100% pure American! You may be 100% pure American at hear, but not in your blood, as a matter of fact no US born individual is 100%! Don't forget that the USA was founded and built up off of pure immigrants!
Finally, you have no real base to your complaint! All you really proved is that your food must be served to your liking! That's ridiculous! That's not a real complaint!
If I were the owner of this Q'Doba I'd refuse any service to you! You should change your ways. Every human in this world was a child, played, fell and cried, grew up and has feelings just like you!
When someone hurts your feelings, do you not feel it? When someone has bashed you before and humiliated you, did you not feel it? Ofcourse you did! Well this worker you're talking about feels the same things you do!
Get over yourself! Just like the world doesn't revolve around this employee, it certainly does not revolve around you!

OP you seem like you hate yourself. You also definately hate latinos. You sure don't hate their food because you keep going back. I bet they detest you coming in their place.
Did you know the owner can BAN you from eating in his/her establishment ? " "Management has the right to refuse anyone "

You said you will not recommend this business to friends or relatives? Let's be honest, you have no friends, and I can't imagine any family member that would claim you in public. Good luck with life!

Exactly Nicole: if this is meant as a joke, good job. Unfortunately, it lacks all the hallmarks of a good RoR spoof.
The report may well be accurate once you get rid of all the igornant comments. It wouldn't be the first time the staff of a fast food restaurant could be correctly described as rude and incompetent.
Throw all this racist junk in there, however, and you have nothing more than the rambling diatribe of a dumb redneck.
To the reporter: your consumer comments and complaints are more than welcome here. But if you want them taken seriously, I would suggest leaving out your personal and political sentiments.

Dear Incompetentwetbacks,
Unless this is a joke (in which case,
good work: you were quite convincing), you truly seem like a
disgusting, ignorant individual. Let me explain to you why I think
so.
Firstly, You apparently think it's acceptable to use a
derogatory term (one that smacks of the pain, desperation, and fear
that thousands of Latin Americans experience every year) as your
username, and yet you think that the real problem is the fact that your
tortilla and ground beef were not handled gently enough for your liking.
Secondly,
you seem to believe that every Spanish-speaking individual is an
illegal (remember, the term "wetback" implies illegality) immigrant
from Mexico when, in actuality, there is a good chance that the
individuals serving you are both documented and from countries other
than Mexico. Are you aware of the fact that not all Hispanics are here
illegally? Are you aware of the fact that Mexico is not the only
Spanish-speaking country in the world? If (as I suspect), these two
pieces of information are new to you, I suggest that you spend less
time in shopping malls and more time in libraries.
Thirdly,
you are extremely patronizing in your description of these men. When
you write statements such as, "This guy probably thinks that he still
lives in mexico and can act trashy and unprofessional like many
mexicans do," you sound extremely condescending (I will bet you
anything that the young man actually is aware of the fact that he is
Indiana), not to mention myopic. Have you ever lived in a country in
which you did not speak the native language? It's very difficult and
takes a certain amount of courage. How dare you call these men idiots
simply because they don't speak the same language as you do?
Additionally,
I hate to be a pain, but before you talk about others' levels of
English-language comprehension, you might want to read up on
capitalization. You look silly when you complain about restaurant
employees having poor English skills, and then fail to capitalize
proper nouns (somethings kids learn how to do probably by the third
grade). I'm not trying to be a jerk, but people in glass houses...
Also,
I'm a little unclear as to why you wanted the ground beef removed. Did
you want it removed simply because it had been slapped onto the
tortilla instead of gingerly placed there? If so, that's very strange!
To sum up, I don't doubt that the employees at this
restaurant were surly to you. However, I assure you that the way you
speak about these individuals dwarfs
the treatment that you received from them.
You should really
do some hard thinking about what kind of person you want to be. It's
sad that people with values like yours are out there.
