Qing Neng Travel International Trade Ltd.I was very reluctant to make this purchase ( 6 water crafts) but he answered all my concerns very promptly and I checked that he had a China business license. He also is a "Golden member" of Alibaba. I believed that must of gave him some creditability. So I did the wire transfer. He would not do a credit card or PayPal. He stayed in touch through the wire transfer and also answered another question after that about a boat he was also selling. He said I would soon have the tracking number for my shipment. I waited a few days for the tracking number and never heard from him. Then I started sending emails requesting the number. He never answered back, so I decided to call his phone number. It is a non working number. |

I agreed with Qing Neng Travel International trade for a used car Hundoy genesis 2009, I aked them to sign a contract before the payment, they saied that they can not sign a selling contract as it will be notyfied to Public Notify but they will provide Proforma Invoince to use during the TT Bank Transfer to their account.
But after I payed the sum 5560 USD and had the confirmation from my bank that the money was at Qing Neng Travel Bank account, Qing Neng Travel disappeared and they do not answer to my email
I tried to phone but their mobile phone was switched off and the Fix phone was a non correct number.
It is from more than one week that I have submitted dispute to Ali Baba .co service team but still the Link of Qing Neng travel International is still there jeopardize that other international trader shall be robbed from this scam company
