Quality Magazines Trying to charge me for magazines that I did not received. Called way head to cancel my account. Customer service told me that I could not cancel until I received the Magazines. I never received no magazines and they had a old address. I recently moved so why would I give them a old address. Troy Michigan
I am being charged for magazines that I did not receive. I called way before the free trial was over to cancel it. They said I could not cancel until I received the magazines. They recently moved and had gave them my new address but they sent everything to a old address. They sent the reward card to my new address so why did they not send my magazines to my new address now they want me to pay for these magazines that I never received.
