Quality Magazines they rip off my husband, they took his monkey back in nov 2012, never sent out any magazines. wilmington, Delaware
This company spoke to a man with a stroke, he does not even remeber speaking to them. they claim they sent out magazines to a p.o.box in California which he does not live in california. I spoke to them today after going through a pile of mail, found this letter no date on letter, they claim he gave them the right to take his monkey. this man does not even remember talking to them. the lady was rude refuse to give up the head supervisor name, ask i explained to her she said no we will not give him back his full amount. which i said ok i will get a lawyer and sue you then it was i will give back 25%, no you wil give back the full amount. they are a rip off company.
