I am appauld at the nerve of this company/companies...They are one in the same by the way...They say they are third party companies, but funny thing is when I called the Network agenda folks to ask what the heck this $7.95 charge on my credit card was, they stated they were seperate from Grant Masters and that they got my info from them..

After speaking to Grant Masters right after this,they knew that a supposed refund was issued. Not only that, but the email looked exactly like the first one I got last month from the other company! "I have not seen this refund yet."

I was floored to find out about this charge and canceled immediately..Then I got even more concerned about this company and dug more. I called Grant Masters and spoke with a Indian women that told me that she couldn't disclose information...WHAT? My account, my credit card, MY BUSINESS!

I got a bit irrate and she hung up.

So I called back. Spoke to an Indian guy this time. Oh these people are trained well.. They try to kill you with kindness, as if their calm tones on the other end of the line make up for being the thieves and scammers they are! Please..

Come to find out during this conversation another $9.95 was charged to my account from another "third party Co." called Express Business. I confirmed this with my credit card Co. I am now in the process of reporting all of this to the fraud Department of my Credit company.

Not only that, I am on a new mission in life! TO BRING DOWN THIS COMPANY AND SEEK REVENGE!

I will be contacting Consumer affairs, members of the Las Vegas Goverment branch, as well as ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX, AND CBS AND WHATEVER OTHER TOP NEWS PEOPLE I CAN GET TO. "JOIN ME IN THIS VENTURE!"

My husband and I have 3 children..One of whom is a disabled child and one income.

All we wanted was information on how to obtain a grant for a small business to help better our future for our family in this declining economy.

How dare these thieves be allowed to get away with such FRAUD.

I also want to note that after only wanting to purchase a "single cd" for $1.97, it isn't till after you punch in all of your personal and get ready to hit the enter key does it disclose In "FINE" print below the enter button, that you will be charge additional monthly fees as a "MEMBER." Pfff.

I unfortunately have a very sensitive mouse button on my laptop and hit the button instead of the scroll key and it sent my order.

As soon as this happen I called the company and told them to cancel my membership right then and there! I told them I did not want to receive anything and did not want to be a member of anything!

The woman told me she would cancel my membership and refund the money to me. I also asked for an email stated such with a ref. # (which I got).

This cancelation was done within moments of the initial purchase of the disc.

I got the disc mailed to me anyways and they charged me for this as well.

During my converstaion yesterday with this male Idian CSR, he stated to me that all of the information regarding the forwarding of credit card info was listed in their privacy policy..here is a copy of what it says..

GrantMasterCD does not control, and is not responsible for, the practices of our advertisers or third party marketers.

We will never disclose any credit card or other financial information to any third-party marketers or other non-governmental entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may: (a) share the fact that we have credit card information on file for specific users of the Site but we will not share your specific credit card information with such third parties without your prior informed consent; (b) share your credit card information with consumer credit agencies; and (c) disclose your credit card information and/or financial information to third party processors for the sole purpose of effectuating transactions that you enter into at the Site. We may also disclose your personally identifiable and/or financial information: (a) to a governmental entity if so ordered by a court of law, to comply with the local, state and federal laws (b) where otherwise required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our Site; or (c) if we are sold or acquired.

(note how they state right off the bat that they will NEVER disclose credit card or financial info...PFFF LIES!)

I also see that there is a guy by the name RYAN rebuting most of these posts...To Ryan: You are a Joke! Your and your company or the company you work for do nothing but prey upon struggling American's looking for a break in life, and to try to better our own lives.

I hope you feel good about yourself and what you do...you fill your pockets with the blood sweat and tears of your fellow Americans who need their money the most!!!!

I pray that soon there will be an attorney that looks over these reports of fraud and will have the courage to take you on and dig you a financial grave that you won't be able to get out of! I pray that Mass media will start an investigation as well and put your faces all over the nation so we can see how you like being vunerable and your privacy invaded!

I am in the process of thoroughly reviewing all transactions on my credit card as I am now leary that more of these charges have been placed on it. I am awaiting a call from the Fraud Dept.

I located Tammy's account have verified that her account was resolved per her requests on 2/15/08. It is not our policy to ever charge a customer that is not interested in utilizing the additional services that accompany the free CD. Clients simply need to do as Tammy has done and follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-396-5694 Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm Eastern Standard Time and express a desire to cancel services during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter. I demand that our company provides professionalism and respect to our clients and when we fail them in this or any other area I would like to resolve it.
