Oxford48, I offer my sincerest apologies for your misunderstanding of our website advertisement. Our advertisement states clearly that we are in no way affiliated with any of the entities that you described in your posting. The information provided regarding those entities is entirely true, there is nothing false in the references made regarding them in the least. Second, the sales representative that spoke with you regarding the educational program titled, "Growing Rich With Google", did disclose to you that would be charged for the membership fee after the 14 day trial period prior to sending you to the Third Party Verifier, where you stated you understood this disclosure and agreed to the terms of the offer. In regard to your last concern, in having difficulty reaching our customer service department, Monday's are our highest call volume day, so I do apologize that you had to wait for an extended period. You state that there is no web address link available to cancel membership this is because we do not accept online cancellations, that is outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer. As far as our phone number or address not being listed on your statement we do not have control of what your financial institution prints on your statements. Per our merchant agreement, we provide your financial institution with that information. I have verified that you did reach customer service and your membership and bonus programs were canceled prior to the end of the trial period and prior to you being charged, as you requested.
