RAven Media INC Correction to Prior Report on Raven Media - Report Raven Media INC! Las Vegas Nevada
This report is a correction from one put out on Wednesday regarding Raven Media. There is an imposer company riding on the shirt tails of Raven Media. They call themselves Raven Mediainc. They sell cds for free only to nail your bank account $39.95 less than two weeks later! There is no way to contact them except the address you'll find at the bottom of the cd, and no way to dispute the charge with your bank because it's a debit transaction that appears to be authorized.
Watch out and read carefully. I did that and couldnt find anything that was in small print on extra charges or belonging to a membership. Now I have to spend extra energy getting these slimmy sponges out of my life so they don't suck me dry!
The false raven media has this web address: www.ravenmediainc.com.
My apologies to the actual Raven Media for reporting them initially as it appeared that they were to blame. I wish they would go after these people for impersonating them and ruining thier credibility, but they said it's a waste of time and energy.

Donna, this response is to address your most recent post, please refer back to your original post if you would like to contact us to resolve your account. Raven Media, Inc. is not an "imposer company riding on the shirt tails of Raven Media". There are many companies with Raven Media in their name. Since our company name is Raven Media, Inc. our web address (www.ravenmediainc.com) uses our company name. Raven Media's mailing address is on our websites in a number of places along with our phone number, not only on the bottom of the CD jacket. You state to "Watch out and read carefully. I did that and couldn't find anything that was in small print on extra charges or belonging to a membership." There is NOTHING in small print and NOTHING is hidden, the disclosure of the membership is in the vicinity of the submit order button in no less than 10 point font. It is disclosed on the order page, the thank you page, the thank you email and is also disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. I am sorry that you did not see this information on any of these pages, but it is there. As you will see in reviewing the complaints here at Rip-off Report that we respond to every complaint filed, this is because we are a legitimate company and we place a high priority on customer satisfaction.
