In September 2007 I ordered a software program called Growing Rich with Google which also included a Grant Writer Program which I charged to my credit card for the cost of $1.95, that was on my October statement.

Then on my November statement I was charged $29.95 for the Growing Rich program and $7.95 for the Grant Writer program which I never loaded or installed on my computer nor do I intend too.

They know that I have not installed these programs, because I still get e-mails from Raven Media to try there offer's , the last one was 11/27/07.

To resolve this matter I would want Raven Media to give my credit card bank full credit for the November statement charges, remove my card account number from there system as well as my name, cancel or remove these two programs from my record.

In return I will mail the program cd back to the Nevada address, if not then I wlll contact the Nevada Better Business Bureau.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Richard. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7-14 days, the reason we do this is because we want our customer's to have the opportunity to utilize our service and to evaluate the value for themselves prior to charging them. We would not have charged Richard had he canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
