I thought the SBA recommended them to me, now after reading these reports (rather late I might add) , I'm not so sure. I'm looking at this very same scenario. I thought I was going to get help with a loan from 1 or 2 banks. As I read the contract agreement I could handle that and If I got a loan I could handle the "fee" on (as I was told) the "backend" of the loan (what ever that means). I had no idea they would be forcing me to apply for bank cards, visiting branches to establish a business "bank relationship", as part of their application process. (two of wich have denied my application) FOLKS I have no money... (hence the need for a loan). I have no Idea why I have a time limit with such outrageous fees applied for non timley actions. They provided a list of about 7 "financial sources" and no clear explanation that denial or approval you owe. I had to scrape up 3 weeks worth of no Ice cream to come up ($329.00). I thought that was it and it's just the first rippoff as I'm seeing. I'm already unemployed working on my 3rd extension in this ecomony where job fairs draw over 1000 people for 6 jobs none of them or me are qualified to do. wtf. I was taken advantage of and I'm apparently not done "getting $crewed" without the grease.

Now what?

Signed,

Can't afford bus fare to court.
