This is already secod request. For 3rd day I did not here from you dispite your "assurance" that some one will contakt me with in one business day.
I will wait 2 more days and if I will not here from you I would not have other option as to take some other actions.
1 - request master card to cancel my $75 payment to realVegas account.
2- place true review on internet on all social media chanels

Yesterday I signed up at your site.
After signing in and deposit of $75, I found out that to play at your site is more confusing than I anticipated. I could not follow or find any instruction on lobby page.
I tried couple of live help - with very bad / long time response.
